• Organize and prepare comprehensive training programs and workshops, hackathons, conferences, exhibitions, summits and roundtables with Government Institutions, SMEs and corporates, and universities and schools.
• Provide guidance, consultancy, and mentorship to startups, accelerators and investors to build a solid approach of innovation and growth.
• Host social and informative events and debates to educate about digital transformation, its impact, use cases, and regulations.

GROWTH​

• Establish advanced regulations and laws to facilitate technology growth Focusing on updating the legal framework in order to provide a safe and stimulating environment for investors and consumers, who have legitimate concerns around compliance, consumer protection, KYC, fraud prevention and AML.

DEVELOPMENT & CONSULTANCY   ​

• A co-working space to enhance group work and peer learning with an eclectic mix of backgrounds and experience that the association offers. In addition to providing consultancy service in assessing and testing any potential related project for deployment in Lebanon.

CREATING SYNERGIES

• Working closely with international and local NGOs and organizations for social and financial inclusion.
• Initiating national and global networking and introductions.
• Access to networks and spheres of Influence with relevance.
• Offering commitment and passion by dedicating the time for formal and informal events/meetings and brainstorming.
• Ability to establish credibility quickly, particularly in new areas of influence. 
• Establish business connections in MENA, Europe and USA through engaging with ambassadors globally to represent LADT and facilitate growth of global network and presence.
